You should post in the forum which best fits the post you are making or the question you are asking. If you aren't sure if a post should go in NSCLC, Caregivers, etc. put it in General. If you want to check and see when someone has posted last, just click on their profile, then click on find all post and bingo you will see every post they made with the latest first.
