I had a PET/ CT Monday (neck down )following the removal of the large mass (4CM X 6CM) from the Occiptal lobe of the brain on 11/9. The report shows no SUV uptake anywhere...not even from those pesky small lung nodules. about 9 in number (all 5mm or less). So now we next meet with the best oncologist at the University of Michigan and decide on whether to start Tarceva to try and eliminate the small nodules in the lungs.(or at lest make sure they stay small/ stable) Thank you for everyones prayers.
