Which brings out the most love at Christmas for you....giving or recieving?

In most instances it's the giving, but when it's a gift that has been made/chosen especially for me by someone special to me it can also be in the receiving.

By far giving. I love spoiling my nieces. They are

at the ages they know what they want so one comes armed with her cataloges

the other with her list all color coded, most desired

in one color ect ect. They bring me such joy as I

do not have any children of my own.

Giving, especially when their face lights up on unwrapping the present. I have to say, I also enjoy receiving when my face lights up. My daughter is taking me somewhere Sunday as my present and it is all a surrpise. It has gotten my spirits up, and I am also glad she is getting into the spirit, too. Don

Giving-- especially when you find just the right gift for someone and it is a complete surprise. I am so excited to give one of my presents this year--it is just too cool. John bought Jillian heeleys--those tennis shoes with a wheel on the heel and I can't wait to see her face when she opens them. She's been asking for them for awhile.

For me no if and's or but's it's Giving.....

No question on the giving, but this is the first year that our kids are picking out the presents for us "all by themselves"--I'm really curious to see what they pick.
