TARCEVA Media People Needed!!

Hi Everyone!!

For the last two years (as long as I have been on Tarceva), I have working with a media company promoting lung cancer awareness, Playing for a Cure and Tarceva. The company is looking for people that are currently taking Tarceva that might be interested in participating in some media outreach. If you are, just let me know and I will give your information to be contacted.

Since starting this media outreach I have been interviewed by the local media numerous times and approached by a couple of national magazine publications (Glamour mag. interview was today) and went to New York (all expenses paid) to speak at a press conference concerning women with cancer. This is a wonderful opportunity and basically all you do is tell your story.

Hi Jamie,

Just wanted to let you know that I spoke to Jennifer Viera at Genentech today. She was very nice and very concerned and said she would be contacting the Miami Herald and local news outlets to see if there is any interest in reporting on Tarceva/Lung Cancer. I'll let you know if anything develops.

Hello Jamie (and everybody else!)

I just discovered this forum and website. So nice to find! I've been on Tarceva for a year and was wondering what would be involved in becoming a spokeperson. How much time is required, etc.
