Part way through the night I heard on the radio playing in the distance "sweet child of mine" a soft acoustic version and I thought of my mother. I thought what would she think right now with what I'm doing. At this time I was listening to an elderly man who was crying and telling me he feels "empty inside" and I thought, well she would be proud and tell me I'm doing what I should be doing.
