kamataca Posted February 13, 2007 Share Posted February 13, 2007 Light it up! Mom celebrated her 2nd anniversary since dx last weekend! She was originally given 12-18 months by the statistics people. In the last two years she has celebrated: * two birthdays * two Christmases * a trip to Cabo with her kids * her grandson's First Communion * dozens of basketball/soccer/volleyball games with her grandkids * May Crowning * a trip to Houston to celebrate her sister-in-law's birthday * a trip to Florida to celebrate a golden anniversary * 104 Family Dinners on Sundays * her independence as she lives alone and drives herself around * and so much more! We are so grateful for the wonderful care she has been given, and for the family and friends who have supported us. We've had a lot of ups with our downs, and she is still trucking. She amazes me!
