I want to say it was called "Gone Too Soon" but I googled it and I can't seem to find it. It is small pamphlet type of book and is very informative regarding the dying process. It was blue book and had only about 20 pages. Does this book sound familiar to anyone. If so, any suggestions on where I can get a copy of it?? Oh, one more thing. I was trying to find it to give to a woman I work with. I remember it really helped my family when my Mom entered hospice. Thanks for offering your copy Mindy and Ann.
