recce101
Good show, Ernie! I know you're chomping at the bit to get back into running -- your method of choice to stimulate them-thar endorphins! Though I was never much of a ground-pounder (that's why I joined the Air Force instead of the Army ), I had an exercise routine which I simply HAD to do each morning to avoid feeling junk the whole day. Having followed that routine for 50 years, the inability to exercise after my thoracotomy last year caused me more discomfort than the surgery itself, and in fact was the subject of my first post to the LCSC. I've since devised some new exercises, and now that I'm off the taxol/carbo and my foot rash has resolved, I've been able to add more walking to the list. But still no ground-pounding! Best wishes on finding a new routine that works for you. Aloha, Ned
