fillise Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 My mom was due to have her third round of chemo yesterday, but the Dr. postponed it because she is having severe pain in her back. They were a little worried about blood clots in her legs but tests for that showed nothing. She has an MRI scheduled for this morning. She meets with the Dr. again next Thursday. I am leaving Wednesday to go home for Easter and will be able to go to the Dr. with her. She was originally diagnosed with mets to the spine and I'm terrified that it is spreading. She did 15 radiation treatments to the spine that eliminated the pain in Jan. He did say she might be having some compression due to the tumors and radiation. I'm crossing my fingers that's what it is and not more mets. Quote
TamHol Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 I'll have my fingers crossed for your Mom and that it's pain from the radiation and not the tumours. I hope all goes well for you. Tammy Quote
