Help is needed to thank a friend for all her help

I am searching for a poem that I can have matted and framed to thank a friend of my mothers who has come to help during her time on hospice. She is willing to do anything, to talk, listen, clean, cook, help care for my mother. I don't think I could do it alone. I would like to present this to her after my mothers services with a picture of my mother and her together. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have done a few searches but not found what the right poem as of yet. Thanks,
