It's Prom Day

My mom was dx last year right before Mother's Day. I remember going shopping the day before after being at the hospital all day. I was walking around the mall, crying, thinking what do you get someone who has been given a prognosis like she was.

But, here we are a year later. She's out shopping this morning and will be coming with me to the Grand March to see her grandson (my son) go to his prom today and she's feeling great.

Don't know what news the next scans will bring, but I thank God for this last year I've had my mom with me.
