ztweb
So today, at my son's gymnastics class, I started chatting with our doc...(his girls go there too) and we started talking about this site. I was telling him about my dad being almost one year into remission from SCLC, and how this site has gotten me through. He was telling me that he has an older patient with the same thing, but with mets to the liver, who didn't respond well to chemo and who is now in hospice care. I told him to suggest this patient go here...to this site. He seemed very interested. I read in another post about postcards. Is there something that you all do at your local clinics for advertising? I would love for all touched by this horrible disease to be able to find us and get help. Jen
twodogs
Great news about Dad. It's hard to believe but wonderful to hear that it's been a whole year already. I do recall how stressed and anxious you were when you first got here. Tell Dad congratulations from me and my prayers are with you. mamasbabygirl
What a wonderful wonderful idea Jen. I would definitely like to do the same in our local oncology offices.
