wondermom
We could use some prayers for mom. She is having a PET scan to follow up on her CT scan from last Thursday. I am praying that it shows the new spine lesions are inactive and maybe the Tarceva has taken care of them after all. Is this possible? I guess I am not sure of the whole CT vs. PET scan and what it shows. The CT scan definately showed "something". The doc. says it is new lesions but I am hoping the PET shows them as having low activity. Maybe I am in a dream world, but I guess there is nothing wrong with hoping, right? She has to get some decent news on her birthday!

Andrea
I am hoping it is nothing! Before cancer, a few years ago, my dad had a MRI on his spine and it showed a lesion. A bone scan showed it wasn't active. Proof that lesions are sometimes just nothing. Looking forward to good results!
