Tell us more about your dad...have you sought a second opinion? Keep in mind that small cell grows fast, so you want to make decisions quickly. Please know you have my prayers. This wasn't the update anyone would want. Dad will weigh the options and you will advocate (sorry you'll have to take on that role again) and we'll support all we can.
