Looking for LC support in SF East Bay, CA

I have found cancer support groups -- but just curious about whether or not there are Lung Cancer support groups in the SF area...East Bay?

The list on the Face to Face LC Support Fourm is the only In Person Lung Cancer Support Groups that we know of.

You might want to check with your doctor's or hospitals and see if they have any. There aren't that many In Person Lung Cancer Support Groups around the world.

my mom has just started chemo. i too am looking for a support group. i live in mt.view, my mom lives in san jose. please keep me posted on any local groups.

If you look on the list from the page (Face To Face LC Support Groups) that Katie has posted, you will see several in the California area. Those are all we know of at this time, BUT you should check with your doctor's or nurses in your area and see if New Groups might have started. OR Check with the Amercian Cancer Society. or the Amercian Lung Association. Or check with a Cancer Center near you.
