Connie B Posted August 12, 2007 Share Posted August 12, 2007 You should always ask your doctor or his/her nurse if you have any doubts. Peace of mind is SO IMPORTANT! Everyone is different, but one day of chemo and developing a cough a day later doesn't sound like a chemo issue. One day just sounds too soon, BUT as I said "everyone is different." And you have been on other cancer drugs before. So, please check with your doctor and always report to your doctor anytime you notice a change. DrWest Posted August 12, 2007 Share Posted August 12, 2007 I can't think of a good reason why you should develop a new cough after chemo.
