sap67 Posted August 16, 2007 Share Posted August 16, 2007 I can't believe it's almost been 2 years since I had my Mother alive with me to talk to, to laugh with, to cry with, to just hang out and watch tv with. As much as she may have been suffering, she still kept a positive approach to things. I wish she had told me she knew and had accepted her fate. I hadn't. So we never discussed it. My Mom and I never had conversations about her dying either, but I understood and accepted her decision. May this day be gentle for you.
