Mom is having a PET scan today to follow up on a CT scan from last week that showed something on one of her lungs. She has also been having bone pain in her thigh area and her jaw which could be related to the Zometa treatments she has been having but we are really hoping it isn't progression. Laurie, Mom's onc. said no news is good news but...I think if mom doesn't hear anything by Friday she will call for results just to make sure nothing was missed. I can't believe he would even suggest that. If it is good news we definately want to hear that too! So far, we haven't heard anything but her scan was at 1:30 so I would guess we wouldn't hear anything until tomorrow or Friday. Thanks everyone! I will update as soon as I know anything.
