babylove91297
Hi everyone, sorry it has been so long since I posted. I went to see the new surgeon on Tuesday and he ordered a brain MRI, chest ct scan, stress test and lung function test. I go for the MRI and chest xray next Tuesday, and the other 2 tests and bloodwork on Wednesday. The new surgeon said he wants to be sure that this hasn't spread and that I can take the surgery. He told me not to worry that he will take good care of me and not make me wait any longer, I go back to see him on Friday the 12th. I have picked up the papers for my leave of absence from work and plan on having the surgeon fill them out when I go on Friday, that is if everything is alright and he sets the date for the surgery. He told me that I will be off for at least 6 weeks after the surgery, and then I have to start my chemo. I will keep you all posted on the outcome.
