Hey all,

Beautiful weekend in Northern Jersey, cut the grass, racked leaves, got a new storm door on, washed & waxed the car and just realized they took the cancer and lung out 2 and 1/2 years ago. Yes, half way to that big five year mark. :D:D:D

OK, also, quite a bit sore but feeling real good, GOOD TO BE A SURVIVOR TODAY!!!!, and great to be a member here!!! :):):)

Now, I know I gotta stay right sized but American Cancer Society had me update my story and they have it as one of their features this month for lung cancer awareness month. here's the link:

Bob...

A big woooooo hoooooooooo for your "halfway" mark!!! You are an inspiration!

Read your article...I like the "Marlboro miles for cancer" title. I collected those damn miles too...

Your post came at a good time...today was a very stressful day for me and I probably came the closest to buying a pack of cigarettes yet. Took alot of talking to myself and thinking it through. Sometimes its one minute at a time.....what an addiction, huh?

Anyway Bob, thanks and a HUGE congratulations!! :)

You mean to tell me you didn't hit a golf ball to celebrate :!::!::!:

Congratulations Bob, I'm just 6 months behind and both of us are going to make it. Sometime between now and our 5th anniversary, we have to play golf together.

Bob,

Congratulations!!!

May the next two and ahalf be all as easy as sliding down the water slide.

Miracles happen every day.

While I envy you your physical stamina, I also know you worked for it much harder than I ever have.

Keep up the good work!!

and Enjoy! Live! Rejoice! we only go around once...

Warmly,

MaryAnn
