Gratitude - October 18th 2007

Hard to find only one thing

to be grateful for, so many

each day that soon will need

to pick from a hat that I fill

during the day.

Could be the wild natural park that

surrounds this place, used to belong

to the town, till the price of keeping

it going was too high, just had a tree

planted for Mike so he would feel right

at home here, I can watch it from my

window first thing in the morning and

I'm grateful for that.
