Sloanie83 Posted November 20, 2007 Share Posted November 20, 2007 Hey all not to sound gross or too disgusting, but my mom began vomiting (or gaging) up flem yesterday. I am not sure if maybe this is fluid that is finely being released from her lings because of chemo or some type of infection. Anyone have anything like this? Her tumor was strangling her esophagus and she would choke on phlem, especially when she drank water. I think some of it is the chemo. I'm not really sure what it means but at least it is coming up. When I get this from the chemo, I take my nausea pill, sometimes it comes back the next day, sometimes not.
