Welthy
Patti -- who remembers? You answer that one...
Patti B
His name was Ricky Bill and we were in 2nd grade. He would walk me home every day after school and carry my books for me (my son thought that was pretty gay). In our backyard we had an ingroud pool and in the fall my dad would put a cover on it but it had an opening by the steps so us kids could go inside - we called it our "igloo". Me and Ricky were in there playing and he kissed me!! And of course my brother saw and went running in the house to tell my mom!! What is your favorite restaurant?? Welthy
Thanks Patti! (and kudos for the good memory ) Ki's -- they have an escargot appetizer that I love going down, but not so much later... What is sitting on your kitchen table right now?
Muriel
You couldn't have asked at a better time. Two placemats in the center of the round glass table. That's all. NO JUNK right now. What's on your dinner menu for Christmas? Muriel

Patti B
I will take the Christmas dinner one: I always make standing rib roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green bean casserole. My brother will bring shrimp for appetizers!!! Yum.....now I am hungry!! Whats your favorite outfit??
Welthy
The Mob. Oh, you mean clothing! Anything that makes me look thinner, which isn't much these days. What decoration do you have on your front door?
nyka69
My house number. What are you wearing on your feet right now?
Muriel
Big, clunky, white Reboks with velcro closing. They look awful, but are soooooooooooo comfie. Anyway, I don't have a car today, so nobody will see me. Have you ever been in a car accident? If so, what happened? Muriel
Patti B
When I was in my twenties, I was stopped at a red light and some girl pulling one of those small UHauls rammed into me and threw me through the intersection. My trunk was in my back seat, my back seat was with me up front. Luckily, I only fractured a couple of ribs and had a concussion. Apparently, she didn't realize you had to allow for extra stopping time pulling that weight - DUH!!! Artifical or real Christmas tree?? Bev'sSister
Artificial Tree ONLY>..down here in south Louisiana, the trees don't hold up well in 80 degree weather. Did you ever think you saw Santa?
Welthy
No. Being the youngest of seven, I caught on real quick. Do you watch more cable shows or network shows?
laban
Cable/satellite......very few network shows, maybe the local news and Oprah This one should be interesting. Do you use the return address labels you get in the mail without sending in a donation to whomever sent the labels?
Patti B
OK - I will be truthful - yes, I do. Have only gotten them a couple of times from I think the Red Cross. Usually I get them free from my Insurance company as a Christmas present. Am I bad or what??? Where was your first job?? And what did you do??
Welthy
Cashier at a Ben Franklin .5 & .10 store. Lied about my age (was 14) to get the job and was let go after a few weeks when they got wise. I loved operating those big old clunky cash registers! Did you attend Sunday School as a child?
Muriel
No, I attended a Catholic grade school. Did you grow up in a big city? Muriel
Nova
My Mom was trying to escape from my alcoholic father when I was young, so we moved constantly--in the country for a while, in town for a while. My favorite was living in the country, where we got to keep our horses and other animals. Would you rather drive or fly ?
nyka69
Fly! I hate being cooped up, so if I can choose between being stuck in a car for a day or in a plane for 2 hours, I'll take a plane ride. Toilet paper - should it hang over the roll, or come from under the roll?
Patti B
Funny you ask - my husband and I disagree on this - and why?? does it matter?? but I like it coming over the roll and he likes it coming under. Do you think we need a life or what?? Do you have any phobias??
Welthy
Phobias? Hahahahahaha -- Which one? If I'm going somewhere in a car, I have to be the one driving. Been this way since I was pregnant. (Maybe that's more of a control freak issue!) (Patti -- Over the roll is the right way, in my humble opinion, but we had the same issues here too! Men are upside down. ) What is your favorite hobby?
nyka69
Hobby? Posting here I guess. And the correct way is UNDER the roll Welthy!!! You're going to light a candle. What scent is it?[/b]
Patti B
French vanilla from Pier One store - its the best!!! Do you use pen or pencil when you do a crossword puzzle??
laban
The scent would be something woodsy or maybe a Yankee candle/sage & citrus. During the holidays I lite the apples/cinnamon or just simmer cloves and cinnamon on the stove. Brings back fond memories. What is your favorite state out West? or maybe just your favorite destination?
Nova
Pencil for crossword puzzles, and New Mexico! (Pretty people, beautiful sunsets)! If you won a million dollars, what would be the first thing you would do with some of it?
nyka69
I know I should be saying something altruistic here, but I can't lie. I'd buy a modest home. Next I would donate to a cause that was close to mine and Joe's heart. Did you ever go skitching when you were a kid? (Skitching is when you sneak up behind a moving vehicle in the snow, grab on to the bumper, and go for ride)
