Gratitude - December 16th 2007

Good morning,

The weather is having fun

snow storm started during the night,

and will continue for another 24 hours.

About twenty/thirty inches of snow to fall

before ''Mr'' Weather will call it quits,

will be a very bad one as the weather will

stay cold and no melting in the forecast.

Grateful I have plenty of food, drinks,

medication and books to last through it,

just hope the electricity will keep me

warm.

Grateful for the good day I had with Lucile,

yesterday, she is cheerful and optimistic

so the feeling of well being lingers on

after a day with her.

Looks like a ghost town already, no traffic

and no people around.........just the quiet

I am grateful for this snow day. I am enjoying just being in the house and catching up on things.

No snow here, although I wouldn't mind some!

I'm grateful for my church (specifically the people in it) and the absolutely beautiful choir program they put on today. Lifted my spirits like nothing else could.

Grateful for safe trip through the snow to Milwaukee for Marquette Grad and for a loving sweet smart goddaughter
