Anyone feel like sharing some of their favorite appetizer recipes with me? Cooking sometimes gets me out of a slump and I need to start some appetizers, so thought I'd ask for your help.

Atomic Buffalo Turds or ABT's as Bill calls it.

8 good size jalapeno peppers. Cut off top with stem, rinse, core and deseed. Also peel membrane out of center. This is easiest with a potato peeler.

Poke hole in peppers at bottom with a toothpick.

Place 2 slices of pepperoni in each pepper.

Stuff with cream cheese.

Take 1/4 piece of bacon and place over top of pepper. Affix with a toothpick.

Cook on the grill or in the oven until the bacon is done. You won't believe how yummy these are and how people love them. The trick is to completely get the seeds and membranes out so there not too hot.

Good luck and let me know how you like them.
