JB
I used to never leave home without them, mainly because all I owned were piece of junk cars. Now that mine is newer, I don't. I used to have enough stuff in my trunk to almost completely rebuild an engine on the roadside, even though I wouldn't have known how to do that. That's what they have AAA for. dchurchi
No, but I have been lucky. I also have 24 hour roadside assistance so that gives me peace of mind.
Kasey
Nope .......guess I should though, huh? Kasey
Ry
No, with my luck I'd connect them wrong and blow up the battery (or whatever happens when you do that).
sharyn
Nope... wouldn't have a clue on how to use them....
Ann
Yes, I keep them in my car but would definitely be afraid to try and use them without assistance. If I needed a jump, I would hope someone with knowledge would come along and help me out. As many times as I've watched this done, I still am unsure of the correct way to do this...duh!!!! luvmydad
Good question. Do I??? I don't have a clue, that's why I married a mechanic!! Teres
Patti B
Yes, I do but would call AAA to apply them - I think if you hook them up backward you can do some serious harm to your car!! When you are married to a long distance truck driver, your trunk is full of all kinds of things - blankets, gloves, hoods, jackets, cables, duct tape, flares..............I have no room for the groceries!! Shelley (MLC)
I have them, but AAA would be my first call. Shelley
J.C.
Never had them and never will. It gets cold here today less 26.... beside the wind factor. but we rather plug our car than use jumper cables. Best way is to keep the gas tank never lower thasn 3/4 full and use gas line. kamataca
Not only do I have jumper cables, I have one of those nifty boxes that will jump start a car all by itself. Not sure why I have both... Kelly
wendyr
I don't carry them even though I do know how to use them. My first call would be to AAA wendyr
Maryanne
I did but my daughter needed them awhile ago and never gave it back. Oh well, I do have 24 hour assistance as it is a company car. Maryanne
