If you need some pick me ups you may want to read the good news Forum and the inspirational forums. These will get you in the fighting Comraderie of being here. It has not been an easy road, but it is do-able, and I am feeling really good. I know that it is scary, but like Randy said there are many long term surviors of sclc. Nancy B Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 Hi Sherri, sorry you have to be here. I have sclc (had nsclc in 2000). In remission for four years. Recurrence of sclc in 2004. Had a short remission but now my sclc is extensive and I have been back on chemo for a while. I feel good and work acouple of days a week. I have 2 young children and I have found that one of the most frightening aspects to deal with through all of this. Nobody here deserves any of this, especially our kids.
