I usually lay down in a dark room with a damp cloth over my eyes for 1/2 hour or so and it seems to help some. Hope they feel better soon. God Bless! While walking through a mall, with my wife, going the opposite direction was a beautiful young lady, she passed us, I turned my head, and SMACK My eyballs hurt for a week.
