It could just be a nodule. "Possible" means just that. It could be, but then again, it could be something else. You didn't tell us much about your situation. How was the nodule found? Did you have an XRay? a CT scan? A PET scan? How big is the nodule? And, when will you know more? Try to relax until you know that you have something to really worry about.
