Diane posted only that 1 day but had e-mailed me as she is very close to my location and we have been talking and she has been keeping me updated on her dad's progress. Diane gave me permission to post her father's good news. Her dad was diagnosed with stage IV NSCLC adenocarcinoma w/mets to the liver. After only 3 rounds of carbo/taxol/avastin the CT shows the tumor in the lung is GONE and the tumor in his liver has shrunk from 1.5 cm down to 1 cm. The dr said maybe only 2 more rounds of chemo or perhaps just 2 rounds of the avastin. Way to go Dad!!! Denise Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
