I can start eating anything I want and I just might want to eat a hot fudge sunday for dinner. (Its my birthday so why not) But I have some ground round and an artichoke that needs cooking so I think I will have my favorite barbequed hamburger casserole and an artichoke drowned in mayo. I have actually gained 38 pounds since starting chemo and doc says I am NOT allowed to diet so........I think I will have some chocolate ice cream, with chocolate syrup on it to help you celebrate you special day!!!! During chemo (and I had four cycles, twice - 18 mo. apart), I ate everything in sight and I'm still here 5 years and 30 pounds later. When I went to the bookstore last week I saw a cookbook with 500 recipes for curry or something like that. I almost bought it but Im on cookbook purchase restriction.
