Guest cq
Everyone, I'm posting this for John Schmidt, a graduate student in Clinical/Health Psychology at the University of Kentucky. His research group has designed a study to investigate the effect that a cancer diagnosis has on the individual. The study is conducted via a website and has two parts: the first is a demographic and health questionnaire; the second is several short questionnaires asking about different reactions you may have had as a result of your cancer diagnosis and treatment. If you choose to participate, your responses will be completely anonymous. If you start and want to quit without finishing, you can just close your browser. You can find out more by visiting the study website: http://www.psyresearchonline.com/ttmstudy/index.html Contact information for John Schmidt: John Schmidt, M.S.
