lilyjohn
Good for you Randy! I just passed my 3 year smoke free aniversary on April 23rd. The weight has been a problem sense quiting but I am working at it. It is a slow process but it is coming off slowly. I walk a lot and have fitness routines that I do and I follow pretty close to Weight Watchers. Really concentrate on the low or no fat and of coarse eat less. Again congradulations and good luck with the weight.
