Good for you Randy! I just passed my 3 year smoke free aniversary on April 23rd. The weight has been a problem sense quiting but I am working at it. It is a slow process but it is coming off slowly. I walk a lot and have fitness routines that I do and I follow pretty close to Weight Watchers. Really concentrate on the low or no fat and of coarse eat less.

Again congradulations and good luck with the weight.

Congratulations for doing one of the hardest things in the world of addictions.

I'm very proud of us all that kicked the habit, eight and half years for me. Still can't believe I'm totally smoke free - can you?

Take care

Geri
