The Center on Outcomes, Research and Education (CORE) at the NorthShore University HealthSystem Research Institute is recruiting individuals currently or previously diagnosed with lung cancer who have received at least two cycles of chemotherapy for an industry sponsored research study. The purpose of this study is to understand the communication that occurs between patients and providers about symptoms resulting from chemotherapy cancer treatments, particularly chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Your participation is valuable in helping healthcare providers better understand chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, improve communication between patients and providers, and ultimately improve the quality of patient care. Participants will be asked to answer questions on the internet and will be compensated $20 for their time. In addition, for each completed survey, $40 will be donated to LUNGevity! It will take approximately 25 minutes to answer the questions. Your answers will be confidential and will not be directly associated with your identity. To participate or for further information, please log on to the study website at http://www.assessmentcenter.net/cinv/ or contact Jessica Noonan, study coordinator, toll-free at 1-877-915-2673 or by e-mail at JNoonan@northshore.org
