Trawna
Thanks for the post Katie this will be my daughter's first Father's Day without her Dad and I know how difficult it will be for her. For all those fortunate enough to have Dads (and Grandads) still in their lives, enjoy your day with them!

Larry's Wife
Nick and I are right there with you, Tina. No Dad. No Granddad. We started the day with Sunday School. I teach a group of widows and divorcees. Nick was certainly out of his element with my group, but he participated quite a bit. I was so proud of him!! Then it was our turn to man the nursery. An easy day. Only two kids. Nick was a champ!! He entertained our little darlings. He did everything except change the diapers. After church, we went to see "Up!". Good movie, by the way. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Then, off for a fishing expedition. Nick caught a baby bass (probably about 1 pound). It was the only catch of the day. I got quite a few bites, but just got my bait stolen. It was close to 100 degrees out. Even though it was way too hot, we had a good time. So, Nick and I, we did pretty good for our first Father's Day without Larry.
