palves Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Anyone hear of Dr. Chandranath Sen out of St. Lukes? or Dr. Vivian Tabar out of Sloan Kettering? My dad has mets to the brain - cerebellum. Recommendation is to wait for blood spt to reduce on its own or possibly look for surgery. Need a 2nd opinion. Please provide any suggestons. Direct email is palves@optonline.net. Regards, Paula Quote
Patti B Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Paula- Sorry that I cannot help you out regarding those doctors but just wanted to say good luck and I hope dad gets to feeling better soon. Hugs - Patti B. Quote
ginnyde Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 I know you said NY/NJ area, but Dr. Kevin Judy at Univ. of PA did Earl's brain surgery. We really liked him. He was extremely competent and had a great manner with his patients. He was the dr. that gave us the dx. at the end of the brain surgery and the pathology came back lc. He did it in a caring and kind manner. Quote
