Patti B
Hi Barb- I tried to think of something that would go with Nebraska and came up empty. I do like Lincoln Lungs, tho. Good luck on the team. Keep is posted on how its going!!! Hugs - Patti B.
Barbb
Wow, my daughter is hard-core, the team will be "Butt Kickers-We Kick Ash". I don't know how to feel wearing this saying in public but it sure gets the point across doesn't it??? Thanks for all your ideas. lilyjohn
Any name that says what you want is the right one. I love the one she chose. One time I did a walk a thon for the March of Dimes. We had people my age (the 30s at that time) and some a little older. We also had teenagers and my son who was 9 at the time. I came up with the shirt for our team and had it made. There was a picture of a snail and it said "I may be slow but I'm good". They were a big hit. We all finished the walk but the next day when I got to work all of the teenage girls were complaining about how tired they were. I felt great I bet today the kids would complain even more. Barbb
Lily, that's was a good saying for your walk. Those youngsters just didn't play outside and keep physically busy like we did. However, Lacy wants to do the 5k so I need to get busy getting ready for it! Barbb
