Wednesday, December 23, 2009 10:47 PM, EST Gabe arrived home from his wish to find thousands of Christmas cards waiting for him. There were cards from almost every state, Canada and even Switzerland. We greatly appreciate all of the support. He believes he is now famous, not because of the cards but because he rode in a "limo." His time at home was short lived as we agreed to take him to the hospital as soon as we returned home; therefore, he was home about 30 minutes and is now back at the hospital where he will start his chemo in the morning. Again, thank you for all the cards. He was interviewed by Channel 24 News tonight and it should air tomorrow night at 6:00, 7:00 or 11:00. He was quite funny, but yet some points it was quite heartbreaking. Anyway, we want to thank the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northwest Ohio for sending us to Florida to meet Sponge Bob, but it's good to be back in Ohio.
