KatieB
I am glad to have known her for 8 years and I am glad to have met her and spent some time with her. She was my inspiration when my dad was diagnosed- both of them with the same diagnosis-- and she even wrote to him... such a great support. I am still in shock. I've lost a sweet friend. We've all lost a great friend to our site. You can find her story in the My Story forum. She was dx with small cell and given a grim diagnosis- like my dad- and she blew away that prognosis by MANY years...she was a walking miracle. When I met her for the first time, her personality was huge and she lit up a room with laughter and smiles. I will miss you, CIndyRN. My thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to Tom, her children and grandchild. May God comfort and hold you during this time. Me & Cindy Cindy BrownCindy D. Brown, 53, 1011 W. Tulip Lane, Robinson, Ill., went to be with her Savior at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, at her residence, following many months of battling brain tumors.
