:( It is with a real heavy, heavy heart that I let you all know that my mother passed away yesterday morning. I have not posted much here, but your stories have touched my heart and inspired me.

Mom was diagnosed with Stage 3B lung cancer in September 2002. taxil didn't work. She was taking Gemczar. We have a feeling it wasn't working as well. She was 70. She was tired and her fight was gone. I will truly miss her, but she is in a far better place and she's with my father who died of leukemia in February of 1999.

Thank you all for you inspiration and just your words of support in what you all wrote. Thank you. Tami Wagoner, Hershey, PA

Dear Tami,

I am so sorry to hear about your mother. My mother died in 1968 and I still miss her. She was the person who loved me unconditionally and thought I was smart beautiful and funny. Keep her in your memories.
