Guest a. Posted January 11, 2004 Share Posted January 11, 2004 Hi, My father has just finished his 6th chemo. He's been on Cisplatin and VP-16, 3 days every 3 weeks. The last few rounds, he experienced significant bone and joint pain about 2 weeks after the chemo. The pain goes away within a day or two of the chemo starting again. I'm worried about what is going to happen if the pain starts again two weeks from now, and there's no chemo to relieve it.
