An Advocates Perspective 9 years later

I do have a dual perspective since I am also a 16 year cancer survivor...but I never had to be an advocate until my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer.

In 2002, there wasn't much of anything in terms of support or resources or even compassion. It was an uphill fight and one I'm still fighting together for others.
