ginnyde 2
For the old timers that remember, Ry posted on FB that Joe B has died. Too young, too sad.
Kasey 0
I just saw this, Ginny. Like you, thought he was just off enjoying life. He hadn't posted anything anywhere for so long - took that as a good thing. Last he ever mentioned, he was doing okay. Incredibly sad. Kasey
dianew 0
I remember him as he did a trial of the same drug I did, just an earlier phase. He had such a beautiful family. It is so sad to lose another.
KatieB 348
I'm so sad to read this. Joe was one of the first lung cancer survivors I had ever met. His beautiful wife, beautiful daughters...what a beautiful family. I thought he was doing well too.

jaminkw 0
I should remember him? Maybe if I saw his avatar. Again, sorry for the loss of yet another member. Judy in KW
Joppette 0
Ginny, I don't think I knew Joe? But my condolences go out to his family and loved ones. It's my hope that the reason we didn't hear from him here is that he was busy out there living life to the fullest, and making memories. God bless his family. Joppette 0
I found him when I searched for Joe B. This is an article that was written about him in 2009. What a remarkable man. viewtopic.php?f=50&t=41567&p=390309#p390309
Janet B 1
I remember Joe B. He surprised us all with the news that his wife was expecting triplets! He was a man of great faith and I remember thinking he MUST have faith to, not only have triplets while battling lung cancer, but to be so overjoyed about it! My prayers go out to his wife and daughters.
lilystemp 0
I remember Joe. I too thought that his life was just so busy that he was spending time emjoying it. So sad to know that he is gone and left those children that he looked forward to so much. I always wonder when someone quits posting. Part of me thinks the best and another part fears the worse. So sorry to hear of another old member passing.
