Strawberries have a known history of anti-cancer effect. Whole strawberries; cleaned and dried 6 Parmesan cheese freshly shaved 1 ounce Balsamic vinegar 1 ounce Chipotle pepper, powder 1 pinch Rock salt 1 pinch Steps: Wash and clean the strawberries, let dry on a towel paper. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Add the strawberries to the vinegar mix and marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve on cold plate, random arrange the berries, parmesan cheese and glaze with balsamic vinegar. A varied take on that is to lightly saute your berries and add a splash of Balsamic and a spoon of sugar and serve over cake or ice cream or even !!
