I don't think I really need a physical space, I need an activity or routine that I can count on to make me feel better. Right now I'm leaning towards physical activity. Stress seems to be my biggest problem right now, and I feel so much better if I can only get some kind of exercise. Thanks for the thought, I'm a gonna try to make that happen!
