nebob5
Went in for a brain scan prior to chemo yesterday, three weeks ago received good news that chemo was shrinking nodes and I was going into maintenance mode. Results of brain scan show one node (not sure if that is what it's called) and I will be going in for radiation treatment. In discussion I was told that this is common and that the radiation should clean up the problem. I am sure others have been through this and was just asking for results. dianew
I have not experienced this myself, but know several people who have. I believe it is not uncommon and can often be taken care of with radiation. Wishing you the best. Please keep us posted.
