nebob5
Went in for the radiation surgery on the 9th of May, all went well with procedure will wait for results with a follow up scan in a few months. My son went with me for the first time, had been the daughters or wife for all past treatments. I was so impressed with the entire radiation team, they took the time to allow my son to come into the setup room and explained everything being done. Not sure I have mentioned this before but I am being treated through the VA, and can't say enough good things about the compassion and dedication of every nurse, tech or doctor !!! Did notice someone posting wondering if waiting for scan results get easier, not here. Did chemo yesterday and that is reason for me being up at this hour. The steroids sure pump me up Prayers go out to all of Lung cancer family !!!!!!!!

Having professionals with compassion is a good thing these days isn't it? Keep us posted on your progress ((hugs))
