Snack time! Under 200 calories

Hi everyone! What is your go to snack when you are in between meals? Here are a few ideas that are under 200 calories. As always make sure to check the serving size on the label.

(Please ask your nutritionist what is best for you.)

Almonds, homemade beef jerky, Weight Watchers cheese sticks, popcorn, fruit, & Nature Valley dark chocolate protein bars are some of my favorite go to snacks.

(Please ignore the fact that it says it's for preschoolers.)
