It's the last thing any of us want to do- ask for help.  We want to do everything ourselves because 1) we love the person we are caring for and 2) doing it ourselves gives us a sense of control in an otherwise uncontrollable situation.  Have you felt overwhelmed?  At the end of your rope some days?  Unable to juggle all the balls that are in the air?

I'd like to ask some of our experienced caregivers to chime in here and give some advice on how to juggle life as a caregiver and all the emotions and practical issues that we face.
