moonshadow Posted June 30, 2015 Share Posted June 30, 2015 I have questions.. My boyfriend 39 years old has lung cancer stage 4 He was told a year ago. He does Quemotherapy one a month. Since yesterday he has a bad pain in his right side of his head.. I dont know what to do.? he took an advil, put some ice. Should we see the doctor? This means hours and days on the waiting room on a public hospital. If someone experience headaches please let me know what you did.. Most facilities have an emergency room that will see you promptly and oncologist are trained to see patients promptly who exhibit uncontrolled side effects. Headaches can be a sign or symptom of many health issues ranging from allergies to much more serious issues. It's important that he be seen by a medical professional. Please do keep us posted. Knowing which type you have is important because it affects your treatment options and your outlook (prognosis).
